I think my kids would have a blast- but I can't see my husband and I enjoying a nice dinner by ourselves in under 2 hours (counting travel time to parks, etc.) Well with thee children- at $10/hr- that would be $60! It's cheaper to take them with us! Will they let you pay for 1/2 hour? Or does it run in hour segments only? It would be nice to get a discount for 2nd children and/or 3rd child. Thanks for any tips!

No discounts for multiple children (we had 3 there) but I'm pretty sure they charged to the nearest 15 minutes. It's certainly not a cost-saving option for a meal out, but it is more fun for both kids and adults if dinner is going to be somewhere fancy.

You can put them in the center at a hotel you choose to have dinner in (to save time = Money), or you can put them in the center where you are staying. We even had the world's most expensive hot tub visit before we picked ours up. It was nice to relax without having to keep an eye on them for once.

I know you have to reserve Neverland Club first, but do you have to reserve exact times? For example if I reserve from 5-8pm but end up dropping the kids off at 530 and picking them up at 730 will I pay for three hours or just the two that I used?

you just pay for the time you use.
I think some of the clubs are cheaper, I am sure we paid $8/hr for Harbour club and Simba's at AkL. We only have 1 dd, but I still thought it was expensive, but it did make for 2 very nice evenings

I am not at all sure about this but I think that some of the centers have a four hour min. If you leave them less than that you still pay for 4 hours. Does anyone know if this is right and which ones they are??

The per-hour charges are the same at all of the Disney hotel clubs, but they recently went up from $8 to $10. Still a great deal as far as I'm concerned. When calculating the cost of taking them with you vs. the cost of the club; remember that they are fed at the club; that means that the effective cost of the center itself is going to be lowered by around $6-10 per child.

As of 3 weeks ago, the minimum increment is 15 minutes. There is a charge for no-shows; that might be the X-hr. charge that people are thinking of. I do believe that there may be a maximum stay; they don't want people leaving their children there for really long stays. Also, you pay when you arrive to pick the kids up; they don't charge for the time it takes you to pry them away from the club.

Depending on which you choose, you may need to time your dinner with theirs. At the NLC, dinner is a children's buffet, and I think that children have to be there by 6:45 in order to eat. On our most recent stay, we had early ressies at Narcoosee's at 6:35, and we were finished with dinner, sans dessert, by 7:30.
(That meal was REALLY delicious, BTW.) It was our last free night, so we picked up DS and took him to Kona for a special dessert with us; the ladies at NLC said that lots of parents do that. It was his second visit that week, we had also taken him on our first night, when Dad & I had dinner at Kona and then went to e-night.

I think it is a 4 hour Maximum!! At least that is what I am believing after just having made reservations at GF for my 2 DD's!!

Also, there is a 24 hr. cancellation policy.........
