I live in Savannah GA and thinking of driving down to Orlando to do Halloween Horror Nights at Universal. Any discount tickets or good hotel deals?

Publix sells one night tickets. And the price changes with what day you go

You get a slight discount if you add on HHN to your day ticket. I'm not sure if the residents rate is valid for GA or not. It is something like 20 but really depends on the day of the week with Friday and Saturday costing the most.
