Any designs for Leap Day 24 hour event?

I apologize if this is on here somewhere, I have been searching for quite a while and haven't found anything. Has anyone done a design for the 24 hour leap day event happening at WDW and DL? If not, is someone willing to do one?

I have come up with 2 ideas and am trying to decide which disigner would be right for the project. I'll post once they're completed.
