Lance is amazing going up those hills. I've done three century rides and a lot more metric centurys....which makes you really appreciate what the guys of uspostal are doing.

I almost feel sorry for the favorites he's leaving behind, because I know the feeling of riding in a group and watching the group go off and leave you, knowing you don't have it in you to catch back up.

I've read both of Lance's books. To me, he comes across as not a very likeable person. But as an athlete and an advocate for cancer research, my hat is off to him.

My husband is a cyclist (though he hasnt ridden in several years) and is keeping me posted on the Tour daily (well several times a day actually :teeth: ).

I havent had time to watch any of it this year but in past years we tended to watch every day if we could. Its very exciting!

I'm not a cyclist, but I've watched every day of the Tour so far. Just looking at them on TV makes my legs scream! I am rooting for Lance of course but Thomas Voekler really made a fan out of me today. Way to hang in there!

Here is Austin the town is covered in yellow and signs supporting Lance in France... See - we just can't help the goofy rhymes! FYI - the Lance Armstrong Foundation is selling bracelets as a fund raiser on the web site - they are very reasonable and all sales go to the foundation for more research.

We watch every day. All 3 of us have a bracelet. Great cause! Mine's in honor of my dad who is fighting cancer now and in memory of my grandfather who died from cancer. I also think of our own Marie and Sylvia as I wear the bracelet. I don't think I know anyone untouched by this dreaded disease.

My DH is a cyclist. Mountain biking and road biking. We are rooting for Lance! We are hoping for a cure for cancer one day also!!

My wonderful cable company, of which I pay a small fortune to, decided not to carry OLN this year. So I have to follow the tour on the web.

Last year when I had OLN I watched faithfully.

I love Lance! I've read both of his books too. I love his attitude toward his illness. He is truly miraculous!:sunny:

I would love to do the ride in Texas for cancer someday. I do local ones around here.

He inspired my bike group do do thirty miles on the rail trail yesterday. I see a lot more people out biking now, than I used to. I'm sure that he has inspired many!

Go Lance!:sunny:

My husband is a cyclist and we watch every day. We all have the Livestrong Bracelets including our two boys. I bought about twenty of them and gave them to people at work as well. I felt really bad for Tyler Hamilton though. He is a classy rider and always seems to have bad luck.

The coverage on OLN is fantastic. I love listening to Phil Liggett and Sherwen's commentary on the race.

Their coverage is so much better than the one hour we used to get on abc or cbs on Sunday afternoon.

The time trial up the mountain should be epic.

OLN's coverage is awesome, especially when compared to the crappy network coverage in past years.

Lance is still the favorite, but with 3 tough days in the ALps coming up, anything can happen. I don't think he is taking anything for granted. As he said, "the tour ends in Paris, not the Alps".

I feel for Tyler Hamilton. Who knows how well he would do without the injuries he has suffered in the last 2 years. I hope he wins the tour someday. He desreves it. Hopefully he will not be another bridesmaid like Andy Hampsten (no disrespect intended, Andy....).

Lance's accomplishment, in view of his battle with cancer, is extremely compelling & and admirable, as was Greg LeMond's victories after his gunshot wound (in spite of his recent comment's about Lance, he still has my admiration).

Go Lance!!! Go US Postal !! (is this why the cost of my stamps is going up ??  )

Go Lance! Not a cyclist, but I smiled at his picture everyday on my way out of radiation therapy at the Austin Cancer Center. His story is really inspirational.

Not into cycling, but OLN's coverage is awesome. Great late night tv.

The fans are crazy. Lot of chivalry in the sport and fascinated by the rule changes (Peloton crashes etc...). The scenery is beautiful. Even the weather has played a part.

The Cyclists have a lot of patience, especially when fans are waving towels, flags, etc.. in front of their faces. Watched a fan hit O Grady with a red scarf, but O Grady didn't flinch.

DH is a cyclist. We watch it every day. Even our kids are into it.

The commentary is wonderful and OLN's coverage is top notch.

I also felt bad for Tyler Hamilton. Maybe he can go for it again next year.
