Any current benefits to buying onsite vs. at home?

Been a member since 2000, looking to add on to my points and have a quote to add 100 pts at GF. I have a trip in January to Disney and have no issue holding off until then to commit to the purchase. Are there any incentives going on right now that would make signing while onsite more advantageous?

I haven't seen any incentives at all for VGF. I think they are meeting sales targets without incentives, maybe once they start selling the Poly but they must have fewer points to sell than they have had in recent years due to selling smaller resorts.

Seemed to be the same as I was thinking. It doesn't matter when I buy to me, just didn't want to leave anything on the table that I could have benefitted from in a few months time.

Only impact I can see is if you want a Dec UY. Buying now will get you 2013 and 2014 points.
