P/T employees are eligible for benefits after 180 of employment.....P/T insurance isn't quite as good as F/T insurance, but is still excellent. Benefits are health, vision and free life insurance. I don't have the option of buying short-term disability insurance because I'm in California and must pay into the state plan. Additional life insurance can be purchased very cheaply.
I think that employees can participate in the 401k plan after the 90 day probation period.
