Any characters you dont bother to meet?

I normally don't really do any characters, but this time I'll be visiting during my sister's birthday (she won't be there). So this time I'm going out of my way to visit them so that I can get a quick video of them giving a message to her 2nd and 3rd graders (she is a teacher). It gives me a bit of a quest and I'm looking forward to it!

We prefer to ride than stand in line for characters. I usually plan a CP breakfast and princess breakfast each trip to see most of our favorites. If we see a character appear near us and can have a 10 min or less wait, we'll get in line if the kids want, but often they'd rather ride Buzz, etc. again.

My son is afraid of face characters so we skip them. Though I did make him meet Flynn Rider at the Xmas party. He wasn't very happy about it though. And he won't get anywhere NEAR a princess.

This will sound contradictory, but while DW and I prefer to meet the fully costumed (ie. silent) characters we do like to witness the interactions with other guests for the princesses and other characters that do talk.

Disney Junior

But i love princesses (and meet two princes, So charming!) i like to Tell fun things to princesses and wait to The answers. Rapunzel is The best, she dive in My crazyness and We had fun!

I will probably only meet Mickey (must take pic), Chewbacca and Kylo Ren this trip. Have felt creepy meeting any Disney Princess even Ariel and Elsa. It feels like I'm a stalker taking a picture of those. Personally, I want down time when doing a meal and that's why I dislike Character meals.

Yes, there are two of them.

Sorry, I'm just so tired of seeing so much Frozen... I get it, Frozen is so popular, but everywhere I turn in WDW there is a frozen this, and a frozen that. Ok, now I will duck before I get hit upside the head for committing Disney blasphemy. :earboy2:

Any characters that you have never met as you are bothered about them and just not interested?

For me it is face characters and princesses.

Never been bothered about meeting princesses.

same here.

We usually only stop to visit with a few characters per trip.

On our last trip we did more than ever before: Pooh and Tigger, Tink, Aurora, Alice, Mickey and Minnie, Tarzan and Buzz Lightyear. We almost only visit if the line is like 5 minutes or less. We did find out on this trip that our 13 year old son is afraid of the face characters because they tried to talk to him, and it freaked him out. LOL.

we don't really intentionally visit characters. on the rare occasion it's happened it was either us something like us walking past chip and dale and they waved us over when they saw my daughter looking at them because there was no line(she is a teen and was embarrassed about wanting to go say hi), or at a restaurant where characters are part of the experience.

We'll meet pretty much any character but only if the queue isn't big. There's only a few characters I would willing join a long queue for (Mickey, Jack Skellington and Star Wars characters).

We have never bothered with Doc McStuffins, Jake, or Sofia.

Where would I find Jack Skellington?

We do character meals for the ones we can. For all other characters, we will only wait a short time. We don't want to see characters enough to wait in anything but the shortest of lines.

This trip, we wanted to make more of an effort to meet new characters. That meant paying attention to the Times Guide. It worked for Pocahontas and Mary Poppins but we were too exhausted to coordinate with Mulan. We waited 30 minutes each to see Chewbacca and Kylo Ren because it was raining on our HS. Being inside the Launch Bay while it was pouring outside was nice!

We do not visit the characters unless we get the free photo from using the Disney visa. We really can't be bothered. We go to Disney every year and I don't even know who the princesses are. We went to CRT once and that was interesting with all the characters but no need to go back for us.

We generally only do characters for whom we can get a FP or whom we can meet at a meal, or those whose lines are really short when we walk by (so practically none of them). Therefore, never met Tiana, Peter Pan, Jack and Sally, Seven Dwarfs, Marie, Buzz Lightyear, Sorcerer Mickey, or the Toy Story characters. Refuse to wait for a long time to meet a character.
