Any Chance I Can Still Get My Adr's

I am currently residing in Australia and my company has offered me a trip to Orlando for a conference in September. I quickly called my parents in Oregon and we made unofficial plans for a trip to the World using the free dining plan. Do I have any hope of getting ADR's for Le Cellier, California Grill and character meals at this stage. Also is there any advice anyone can give about trying to get into CRT. My neice is coming along and she is 4 years old. She would love CRT. Do I have any hope.
