Any Category 9 Cabin recommendations?

What are the best staterooms in category 9, Deck 2?

We had 2012 on our Jan 15/05 7 day cruise and found it very quiet. Booked it again for our 3 day cruise next March.

We were in 2040 and loved it. It was quiet and convenient to the stairs and elevators.

We were on 2070 last year and it was nice and quiet too

Just returned on Thursday from the 4 night Wonder Crusie. Cat 9 Deck 1 room 1048 was great for us. Very quiet.

Depends on what is important to you.

For me the perfect Cat 9 would be about 5 rooms aft of the laundry.

For others it's close to the elevators, for others it's as far back as possible to lessen hall traffic.

I've stayed near the front on a couple sailings: 2510 and 2518. 2510 was particularly cool since it had a few extra feet between the couch and porthole due to the curvature of the bow. It was also very quiet up there. No disturbance from the nightclub above, Diversions, or from hall traffic.

I'm trying 2506 for my next cruise.

We had rooms 2146-2148 (adjoining) which are far aft.

There is minimal foot traffic, yet convenient to the shops, restaurants, etc on floors 3-4.

Very convenient to disembark on floor 1 for ports.

Did not notice much noise at all, except the whining of passengers as they were peeled off on saturday monrining to the sounds of

"Ma'am, you have to leave. The cruise is over"

We rebooked the same rooms.

What set of rooms are near the laundry room? I am a gty 9 for Aug repo.

We had #2568 on the Magic last year and it was great -- midship, very close to the stairs (& midship elevators) which I prefer b/c lines tend to be long at the elevators & of course, all the great food! Also, we were Hurricane Jeanne cruisers and the location was ideal for less rocking motion. It wasn't avail for our next cruise, so we booked 2566, next door.

We have stayed in 2024 and 2026. We have a disabled son and needed a stroller for him so these were great locations because there was a "cubby hole" outside our room across the hall that fit the stroller. This way we didn't have to put it in our cabin!

I would suggest it if you need a stroller.

We were in 2070 over Easter break and it is PERFECT! Midship, no seasickness, near everything!

Cabin 2096 was just across the laundry. In fact as you started walking up the hallway from the aft elevators you could already tell they were well in use as you could smell the slight fragrance of the fabric softner. It wasn't bad or anything, but I knew that meant all four machines were in use! Funny.

Anyway, we stayed in cabin 2608 and we LOVED it! Great location, close to the aft stairs and a short walk to the laundry if you needed it. Our friends stayed in 2610 and 2612 and they loved everything about the room except those two rooms DO NOT have the tall skinny chest which made storage tricky. The wall doesn't have a niche in those rooms, so there's no room to put the chest. Our our other friends were in 2616 and they loved the room and it did have the tall skinny chest.

We loved 2068. A great location between the midship elevators/stairs and the laundry roomn

We were in 2606 and would not hesitate to book it again. We were very happy there. If I were choosing out of all rooms I might choose more midship since I was most often walking to that set of elevators (heading to drop off or claim kids at the kids club). But thats just being nit picky, and their is nothing wrong with aft.
