Any Canadians order groceries from Von's recently

I tried placing an order with Von's for grocery delivery to our hotel. Unfortunately, my order won't go through despite the use of 3 different credit cards. The same message comes up about the zip code and billing address not being able to be verified (can't remember the exact wording). Anyone else have any trouble or anyone been successful in placing an order? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

are you using an American or Canadian credit card? What if u use the postal code of the hotel where you are staying? Let me know as I will be in the same boat in a couple of days!!
