Any Buzz on Free Dining for August?

Hi Disney friends! Has anyone heard any buzz about if/when Disney will be offering free dining to the general public in late August? I know some time at the end of March, begining of April is when I've seen it in past years so I'm trying to get on top of it so I'll be ready to phone in at some ungodly hour on the day it comes out.

I saw a rumor on here, can't remember what thread that said it may go public with free dining on March 29th. Fingers crossed!!!

Only rumors.

Typically offers show up first on Bounceback and then on PIN codes before they make it to the general public and/or DVR holders.

So far, first two have happened for FD between August 14th and October 2nd. But Disney already said they are scaling back discounts so who nkows.

It's POSSIBLE that we'll have Quick Service only as free (thought upgradable) similar to the current offers, which in the past have been for Basic Dining. Or that this only gets released to DVR holders like last fall...
