We are going July 15-23rd, and staying at the Poly. We can't wait.

Okay, after changing our trips dates several times, and our resort choice - we are finally booked and ready.

Beach Club - 7/24 - 7/31. We really wanted the Polynesian but we couldn't resist the AP rate.

I like July!!! Great time to go. Longer hours, good excuse to play in Stormalong Bay

We are going to celebrate my younger daughter's 13th birthday. We have one night at POFQ, and then we move to BWI for 8 nights. We usually travel in June, but I needed an AP rate, so July it is. It will be so hot, but we go so often that the parks aren't that important to us. We'll spend most of our time at the pool. We'll be back in December for our park time.

We have gone in July many times before.. sleep late, hang by the pool and then go to the parks for EMH in the cool of the evening..

SOOOOOO excited...47 days until we leave and I can't stop thinking about the trip!!!!! Doing the Happy Dance!

What a wonderful long visit! Where will you be staying?

We always go in July and it's always hot! But the prices drop at the deluxes that second week so we go for the savings. Stayed at the Beach Club last year and taking on Wilderness Lodge this year from the 7th to the 14th. Last year we went the same time and it was actually cooler in FL than it was back home in PA that week!

Don't run yourself ragged and stay hydrated, those are key! Me, DH and DS who is ten would always take bandanas with us and would periodically stop in the restrooms to rinse them with cold water. Then we'd tie them around our necks (or heads in my DS case!) to keep us cool. Worked like a charm.

Another great thing to that time of year is the EMH if you're on-site. Last year on the one day that MK was open late, we slept in, hung by the pool most of the day, then went over to MK for a late dinner and stayed until 1. From 11-1 the park was practically ours. It was cool and little or no lines anywhere. Paradise!!!

We'll be there from July 21 to the 28th. A supprise trip for the kids and our dd will celebrate her 9th birthday on the 23rd. We were booked at the poly but couldn't resist the AP rate at BWI.

Leaving the 29th of June until the 6th of July....it's a surprise to the kids (8 & 7), with my 19 year old daughter. Can't wait.....the kids will come home from a week with their dad and we will go directly to airport....I've never kept a secret in my life....can't believe I've gone this long and believe I'll even make it. We'll be at the BW, enjoying the pool and restaurants, and will hit the parks if we feel like it. A vacation is a vacation....what pool could be better than WDW in 100 degree weather? Saw the fireworks in July 2002, they don't remember, so I can't wait to share that with the little ones!

34 more days until we are melting with mickey mouse!!! (July 10- 18)

We go ever year in July (both parents are teachers, so it's the best time), and we love it so much! Yes, it's VERY hot, and yes, it's VERY humid, but we love it all the same!

I am too excited! I could leave tomorrow! Next week is the end of the school year, so once school ends, it's all about Disney!

What are you guys talking about HOT? I work in 145-160 degree weather during this time of year here in Djibouti, Africa, god bless the military huh? Thats air conditioner . Make sure you get UBA and UBV sun screens. One prevents the short term sun burn, and one helps prevent the long term skin cancer.
