They aren't in the room. They are in the packet you get when you check in. In the middle of the "Be Our Guest Guide".

Not included in this offer but it is available to Disney Visa Cardholders for 9/2 to 9/25, it will become available to the public on Thursday. No free dining for August, I think they are getting away from it.

Bounce back offers vary with the time of year. And there are periods of time when an offer might not be available. The people who stayed at select Disney resorts during certain times in August through November got free dining bounce back offers. As far as I know the current BB offer is still a RO discount. Who knows what August will bring.
