Any body have/use the 2007 Unofficial Guide?

I have it. I've used the unofficial guide in the past and have used it for WDW also.

My only complaint is that the DL guide is not as detailed as the wdw guide. However, I've always found the touring plans pretty useful (always did well following them.)

I'm trying ridemax this time, as well. I will try to post after our trip next week as to how we do.

I totally agree. After religiously purchasing the UG for WDW, I was excited to find it for DL. But, overall, it's a bit disappointing. Especially for the lack of food info. I understand it's about the constraints of the publisher or something as to page limits. Grrr.

I just pm'd you. The 2007 isn't that different from the earlier 2002 issue that I had. It still doesn't go into depth on the food.

Well, I haven’t been to DL since before the opening of DCA. So I bought the UG. Between the info here and the UG, I think I have (or will have) a great overview of the Disneyland resort area. I consider the UG as not only an info guide but as a form of entertainment.

I used the UOG to WDW heavily this year, and also bought the UOG to DLR in 2005. WDW vets know how respected the UOG to WDW is, but the DLR version is not nearly as respected.

FWIW I read something on the UOG website, or somewhere, that the author was frustrated with the UOG for DLR because the publisher made him remove lots of good info to meet a page limit. This would explain why folks find the DLR version of limited use. I also read that the publisher had changed its mind and will now allow more pages, and so the DLR version will much improved in upcoming versions.
