Hi there,

Just wondering if the ship has a selection of board games as we are on the WBTA and might want to play some during the 2 weeks.

They're in Diversions....it's open most of the time for general use. There are a few functions held there, but not many.

Also, should you be in a suite they have them and/or concierge and get you different board games.

Yep, Diversions as mentioned. I ended up visiting there a lot during the EBTA. Seemed to be where we rotated to about 5 O'clock after vacating the chairs outside Cove Cafe. I think it might have had something to do with Guiness on tap! I'd stop at the duty free shop and buy a large bag of potato chips to take in for snacks for our gang. If you are going to be there for a while playing games you can bring in food from the Deck 9 spots or have someone meet room service in your room and then carry it to Diversions. (Room service will only deliver to staterooms.)

They put out food at 7PM, hot dogs, nachos and a hot dish like chicken wings or ribs. :thumbsup2 The kids can stay till 9PM, then it's adults only.

.

The Promenade Lounge (on the Wonder anyway) had some board games. They were either on a little shelf or in a cabinet...can't remember. Either way, if you don't see them, just ask. Our last cruise waiting out some time before a movie started, we played a few rounds of Jinga. Imagine how interesting a game that would be when things get rocky ;).

Yes, board games at the Promenade lounge and Diversions, although we didn't like the selection, because sometimes it was only the 2 of us. We always bring Rummy Cube and 9 dot Dominoes to play Mexican Train.

The games in the Promenade Lounge are usually in the cabinet (unless the Navigator specifically lists the activity "Board Games"). If the games are not out on the tables, feel free to ask any of the bar servers, they'll get them for you. Oh and on the WBTA, be sure to stop by and say 'hi'. I'm sure at some point you'll see me and my sister playing cards by the window in the Promenade Lounge!
