not to seem stupid but what is a meme?

A meme is kinda like a carnival (if you know what that is).
Basically, there is a blog that hosts it (like I am hosting the Destination Disney) and each week (or, in this case, every other week) there is a new topic.
For example, suppose the topic is Magic Kingdom, you would post on your blog whatever you would like (pics too) about the Magic Kingdom. Sometimes they are photo topics, other times more writing-themed. It's a variety.
You can see the upcoming topics in the sidebar of my blog.
Anyway, you would post on your blog and then sign the Mr. Linky on my blog (host site) so that everyone can find your blog and read your post.
Does that make sense?
