any benefit to checking into the hotel online

I actually asked the CM this question today! She said it speeds up the check in process once you get to your hotel. She said there will be two lines- one for those that checked in online and one for those that haven't. Apparently, they should have your docs, keys, etc ready for you when you arrive, speeding up the check in process quite a bit! I plan to try it!

We used it last summer. It was faster by a bit but our room still wasn't ready when we got there. We were given a key and told it would be activated and we'd receive a call on our cell when the room was ready.

That was nice but it is easier to just have the room ready on check-in. Oh well.

I think it was worth it to save us a few minutes at least.

We used the online check in. It was great. There was a line for the regular check in. I was able to walk right by and they had our stuff ready for us. We received all of the requests we had made plus more! I would use it again.
