Any annual passholders decide not to go because of no ap rates? Wife and myself are still going in Sept. 20-27 at yc. Even though there were ap rates till Aug 31st and none till Oct 1st for out of state pass holders. We purchased ap to save on tickets. We try to go 2 times on our annual passes. which to us seems to save us a few dollars. But from reading some of the other "posts" I am starting to feel a little DIScouragement. :(

We won't be going on our annual trip in Oct, because no ap rates for us. :( :( :( :(

((((Hugs))))) I know how you feel, am kinda blue too cause they left out the month of Sept entirely! :(

We're still going on our trip, too much in airfare/annual passes not to, and we got a AAA discount so at least that was something, though not nearly what the AP rates were.

We're going, but we won't be renewing our annual passes...and trips that were taken more frequently than 12 months apart won't happen in the coming year...

Why would you do that...especially since your park admission is paid for? The Swan/Dolphin have AP rates plus there are very nice places offsite with even better rates. Just because you don't get a 45% onsite discount is no reason to cancel.

I never let the availability of discounts (AP or otherwise) deter a Disney trip. There are more than enough off site properties that offer reasonable rates. Try Swan/Dolphin, DTD hotels, the 3 Universal hotels or even PL. You have free theme park parking with your AP.
