Well my child certainly DOES NOT need more toys :) However, my mom's birthday is January 6. Both of my parents are retired and are financially sufficient to cover all their wants and needs, so buying for them can be kinda difficult. But my mom is a fun hearted lady and thought my daughters Hatchimal twins were amazing at Christmas. So I thought why not send her a fun gift for her birthday... trying to find any deals. When we got my daughters we used the 25% off Target coupon. I've been checking Amazon, Walmart, Toys R Us, Target. All seem to be the standard price which I'm not surprised - just wondered if anyone could think of any ideas that I'm not aware of. Thanks!

This is a tough one, we actually bought my son's bday presents in November and December as the prices were so good (hes a Jan baby). Maybe look into generic Target GC deals and ebates to try to get some sort of discount? Also TRU tends to have higher prices at times but they also run sales on toys more frequently as that is all they sell. Kohls is another place I would look into. If they carry them check the fine print to see if any discounts apply, even if all you get is Kohls cash its better than nothing.

Target usually has massive toy markdowns in January. I would just keep checking the stores. If you see something you want, grab it! My son is a January baby too, but he's lost interest in most toys besides Lego and has moved on to video games. Unfortunately Lego rarely goes on sale, but I have seen markdowns on less popular sets.
