Anyone have advice on what different parks and reide the teenagers may like? We will be staying 6 days so I want to make it an enjoyable trip for them as well and things that would keep them interested besides the rides maybe some fun shows or something.

There is DisneyQuest in Downtown Disney, which is a very large, virtual reality arcade with attractions you become part of. Fun for everyone. Depending on the time of year, the onsite waterparks are fun. Most here will say blizzard Beach is better for teens. They have fun mini-golf courses, and there are places to shop at Downtown Disney, too.

Girls or Boys?

My teenage girls love the fireworks shows. They will turn out every night for Illuminations, or work out that they can see Wishes/Fantasmic at 7:00 and then race to Epcot for Illuminations at 9:00. They also like "Who wants to be a Millionaire" (will play several times in a row) and the Streetmosphere characters at MGM.

At Epcot in Innoventions West there is a "Dance Dance Revolution" where you follow a monitor with Disney characters and dance to Disney music. They can do this for hours at a time.

Otherwise, they just want to ride the fast rides like Rockin Roller Coaster, TT, Mission Space, Test Track, Mountains at MK, and Dinosaur over and over again.

I would seriously consider letting them go off on their own for parts of the day, setting up a meeting spot for a later time. Better yet, have cell phones or walkie-talkies to keep in touch. Then you can do what you want without riding Dinosaur three times in a row!

as i current teenager (LOL) i love just about everything at disney. now i may be a disney freak but i personally think that everything including the kiddie stuff is worthwhile. i concur with letting them go off by themselves because me and my twin sis do and we are perfectly capable of being on are own. if u are staying on-site you can always go back to the hotel early and let them stay later since us teens have tons of energy! my mom lets me and my sis do that, just make sure they know their way back to the hotel. no spec. rides, i love it all.

We just back from a 12/23 - 1/1 trip with DS (13) and DD (16). We intentionally got our DS a cell phone on our plan before we left with the intention of letting them go off on their own but they really rarely did. In fact, we wore them out! On 12/30, we had a 6:50 PS at O'Hana. We asked them if they wanted to ride the monorail over to MK to catch the 10pm Spectomagic parade but they just wanted to go back to the room and go to bed! We actually almost let them and went to the parade by ourselves but we knew we'd catch it the next night.

DD did enjoy shopping at DTD. DS got about 5 hours in at DQ and we got a decent day at Blizzard Beach (too cold for me to put on a swimsuit though!)

Hope you have a great time!

As i currently a teenager too. (lol)

......yea i usually just rode rides constanly. BUT even through i'm a teen i still love a resting ride like POC or Country Bears, (I'm a History Buff) Hall of Presidents. After riding a ride like Splash and Space constanly, its nice to sit down and ride a long slow ride!!! Even a guys loves to see fireworks!!! ( i wish i saw MGM fireworks) Shows are the best to see. (no, not ride show. i talking about when cast members do something outside. ESPECAILY EPCOT!!!) The parks itsellf....In MK, i just have to said that you don't want to miss Philllar Magic or Buss Lightyear ride. 3D shows are the best to see!!! Epcot, don't just like you teen miss the world showcase....they won't know what they're missing if they miss that. FIREWORKS!!! MGM, BEST RIDES....enough said lol. AK, i know i going get flame for this but, if you not a animal lover, your teen not really going like AK. Yes i love the safaris, Kali River Rapids, and Dinsour but that about it.....i found myself bored and all wet b/c i went on Kali River Rapids to many times....REMEMBER FAST PASSES ARE A TEENS' FRIENDS!!!!

-harry, wow that was a lot of typing!!!
