week long stay at a condo? Two years ago we stayed at vacation villages at parkway for under $500 and also the year before that we paid $350 for the same resort. I can't remember how I was able to get those deals. Both were for stays in may.

Any ideas on this?

Thanks,
Stephanie

LOL, you had a typo. Inexpensive. You put it in with "is" instead of "si", and that's a bad word and bad words get replaced with *** on the DIS. :)

I don't know of a condo for $500/week. I just wanted to tell you why you had ***s in your thread title, in the event you didn't know.

Good luck!

I've never used either but some Disers were just mentioning getting great deals with SkyAuction lately and for a long time getting Cypress Pointe Resort from www.hotelkingdom.com

Other posters warned not to buy a skyauction certificate, though tempting, unless they have definite availability for the dates/resort you want right now.

As I said, I never used them myself, but people were ecstatic over the deals they got.

I got a deal of about $550 for a week long stay at a 3 bdrm condo in WH. Thats about the cheapest I've found though. (unless we stayed farther away from Diseny of course!)

LOL
I did see the stars but I could not figure out why that happened. DUH!
I was thinking geesh is expensive a bad word on these boards BECAUSE Disney is so expensive LOL.

I would leave the title as is, also, as you'll probably get more people curious about it with the stars! LOL :lmao:

We got some Windsor Hills offers for 1,000 for two weeks, so I know it's possible. We just put in our info on the WH rent site and the offers come in.

for all the responses! Very helpful. I really really want to stay on site and am hoping that this will be possible, but I'm thinking only if I get free dining or a pin code or something.

By the way, What does WH stand for? I know it must be something quite easy but I can't figure it out LOL

We've stayed in Grand Palms. Condos there are very affordable and it's a pretty nice complex. It's about a 15 minute drive to the Disney parks.

do you know any owners of timeshares who are also rci or II (interval international) members?

they can get (especially last minute) timeshares for less.

so ask your friends.

Heehee - reading the title quickly, I thought you needed advice about your ex's crotchular region.

Also if you or anyone in your family works for a local, state or federal govt. agency you can book through www.govarm.com or wwwgetravelop.com.

Military families can book through www.afvc.com.

Another site is skyauction.com....check out their vacation rentals.

Good luck to you!

When are you planning your trip? We booked a condo at Windor Hills for an extremely reasonable rate. I can't link to it b/c I have too few posts, but its listing 89676 on vrbo.

I found this condo too when searching and it has very reasonable rates: bestcondostay.com

Finally, usually when we travel to the orlando area we book via priceline. You can get a nice 3* hotel for maybe 40 or 45 dollars per night plus taxes and fees.

Fortunately Orlando is definately one of those town you can do on the cheap.

Good luck and lots of fairy dust in your pin quest (we were hoping for one too, so far no luck).
