Any advice for my MK and FP+ plans

It is way early but I am working on our trip FP+ and touring plans for the first week of November. We have not been back since all the changes with FP+ started and I am struggling to figure out what will work for us with the least running around. It sounds like we have to use our FP+ as early in the day as possible or I would not be starting with Buzz at opening.

For our MK day I am planning to get there at rope drop and start in Tomorrowland as we usually do -

Buzz Lightyear (FP+) for opening hopefully 9a-10a
Space Mountain (only two of us will be going on this)
Speedway (I can't explain it but my family loves this dopey ride)

Then onto Fantasyland
Tea Cups
Winnie the Pooh
Peter Pan (FP+) hopefully 10a-11a
IASW if we can fit it in by 11am or so

Then onto Frontierland
Splash Mountain (FP+ for two in our group then rider swap) hopefully 11a-12p
BTMRR (FP+ for two in our group, the others don't want to ride this so no swapper here) hopefully also 11a-12p

Crystal Palace lunch at 12:30p, before going in to lunch hope to make our 4th FP+ for Jungle Cruise for around 1:30p if possible
Ride POTC standby after lunch before/after JC depending on FP+ time

Hope to make our 5th FP+ for Ariel, 6th for Dumbo, see Philharmagic in between, maybe pop over to Tow Sawyer's Island at some point, basically whatever won't have a long wait.

I like HM at night so we'll try for a late FP+ for that.

We are doing MVMCP another day and will watch the parade/fireworks that evening, we plan to focus on rides on this day.

Any tips/advice from those that have BTDT with FP+ appreciated!!!

We have no desire to see Anna and Elsa or do ETWB again.
