Hi all!

We will be a party of 9 trying to get CRT. Has anyone had experience getting a table of this size? A helpful CM told me their largest table was 5 and that we'd best try and get two seperate reservations by having multiple people call. I'd hate to ask for a table for 9, and then by the time they tell you the largest table is 5 all the tables are gone. Any advice? Thanks.

PS - that helpful CM also told me that she thought the Storybook Princess Breakfast will be permanent.

I called this morning for a party of 10 for CRT and they gave me 2 tables that will fit 6 people all in one reservation (with one deposit). This will work out fine for us since we are 2 families of 5. Also, before I called I was worried that I might have to call group dining for this, but I just called the 407-WDW-Dine number and I was able to book it. When we went to this breakfast two years ago there were 5 of us and they had also given us the table for 6.

Good luck!

A few years ago we booked a reservation for eight but they had to seat us at two tables, one behind the other. They said that they can't seat a group that large together.

Last year, we sat together as a group of 8. It depends on what tables they grab for you when you make your ressie. Sometimes they grab an 8 table and sometimes they grab two 4 tables.

For a group that large you better state - 2 tables are fine. The CM will ask if you can sit at two tables, and by the time you hash out all the details the ressies will have disappeared from the screen in the morning. They get booked in 3 min. or less. We've gotten two tables on more than one occasion and they have always been right next to each other.

they told us when I made the PS that we had 3 tables of 4 reserved. However when we got there they had us all at one long table. I think they do their best to try and get you to all sit together. It is just a matter of logistics.

As someone who worked at CRT and is now seasonal I have to give you the "official" spiel. Many times CRO will tell you the wrong thing, and that in turn makes you made at the CMs when you get there. So here is the policy we are trained to use.

Our largest table seats 6. If you are a party of 6 or more you will be booked on two seperate tables. We CANNOT guarantee that your table will be together unless you are willing to wait which could be up to 45 mins. Otherwise, if you choose first available, we wil try to get you as close as possible.

This is the policy we are taught. Usually it is less than 45 mins, but ocasionally it takes the whole 45 mins depending on how the dining room has been seated before you arrive. If you request first available the odds that your tables will be across the restaurant are slim.

So if you are looking to book a table for 9 be aware that they could ask you when you check in whether you want willing to wait or first available. The best time for a large party is the beginning of a seating period....so 8:00 for breakfast, 11:30 for lunch and 4:00 for dinner.

I say this because one night we had a parties of 16,14, and 20 all within 15 mins of each other, all that had been told by dining that they would have table togethe without a wait!! And you dont know how many people yelled at me because they werent aware of this policy ahead of time.

Have fun!!
