I called WDW at the beginning of this month to start planning our wedding. Due to both sets of parents having work related problems with attending everyone could only get together on January 3rd, 2006. DH2B and I have to have it during our christmas break since I am finishing my degree and he is in pharmacy school, so we absolutely want to have it on this date. The thing is when I called they said that they would get back to me at the end of the week, over two weeks went by and I finally got an e-mail from someone saying that they had tried to call and she listed the phone number she had tried and the person had mistyped it. Well that I understood, I waited a little while and I called back again this past Tuesday... this was three weeks after the first phone call and they said that they would get back to me by noon today. I didn't recieve a single phone call, even though I made sure they had corrected the phone number, nor a single e-mail. DH2B is finding this to be frustrating, he has paid for the room deposit for our honeymoon and is paying for the whole wedding on his own and wants to make sure that he will be getting what he pays for. Has anyone else had a problem like this and had everything work out in the end? He has even talked about getting married somewhere else
DH2B is currently working at a pharmacy as an intern, so you can imagine that paying $7000 for a wedding and honeymoon is a huge undertaking on his part. He is willing to do it since he knows it will make me happy, but I really want to help assure him that it will be worth it in the long run.
Sorry about the long post, but as you all know weddings are such an emotional subject!
