Any advantage to the UPH if you don't intend to do water parks, etc.?

I am thinking of buying 5 day park hoppers and a room only reservation.
Other than the extra water parks, etc., would we be missing out on anything?
We can still visit more than one park in one day, right?
Hate to get the cheaper ones, only to find out we're missing out on something important. :)

The only reason I can see is that you get unlimited admission to the water parks, Disney Quest, and Pleasure Island. I had a UPH and I did go to DQ for a few hours, but that's it. I'm not much of a water park person and I was usually too tired from the parks to consider PI. If you don't plan on doing these and 5 park days are enough, go with the 5-day PHs--you can still park hop as much as you want.

As iceskatejen stated, park hoppers don't include DQ, water parks and PI admissions. The park hoppers will allow you to go to any park any day and also allow you to go to different parks in the same day.
