We're thinking about staying at DLH our next trip. I've gone online to view rates, both through Disney's website and AAA (CSAA for us). It's a little cheaper if I book through AAA.

Do you think there's ANY advantage to booking directly with Disney?

We'd still get the benefits of on-site property no matter how I book, but I was thinking of "special" requests (like 2 adjoining rooms, one for MIL) - would the check-in staff be more likely to honor the request if I book through Disney? Or would it not matter at all? Thanks! :goodvibes

You are actually better off to book thru AAA if you are staying onsite. You'll get the advantage of enhanced fast pass. AAA and Disney work very closely together, you'll be fine booking thru them. Oh, and I dont know when you are going, but 4th night free seems to be popping up for fall dates.

We don't use FP for much (mostly BLAB and SOC) but it's great to know we don't have to wait the hour for the next one. Thanks for reminding me about that!

:thumbsup2
