Any 20W wearers going to Disney 11/4 or soon after?

This may sound strange but.....

I'll be at the BCV from 10/30 - 11/04. I am bringing size 20W clothing, my current size. Since the gastric bypass surgery I have been dropping sizes pretty quickly, so I doubt I'm going to need these warm weather items again.

If you're a 20W and you'd like some gently worn (I really don't stay in a size too long) clothing, let me know. I'll have laundry facilities at BCV so everything will be fresh as a daisy, and I'll bring it to the resort of your choice, in a box, with your name and arrival date on it. These are free - summer pants and summer shorts - I hate to see these things go to waste. If I don't get any takers here I'll put them in a local collection box since we're going to have a rental car.

You are such a sweet heart for thinking of fellow WISHers!! We all know how much fun it is to be able to buy the smaller sizes as we lose but so difficult to find somebody to give those "like new" clothes to when we drop yet another size.

I'm afraid I can't take you up on your offer but I'm sure you'll find someone who can.

What a great idea, <b>Baileymouse</b>. I have tried to give away my 22-24's but can't find anyone who needs them. I will either have to learn how to do EBAY or give them to Goodwill, I suppose.

Wow, wouldn't a swap board be a great idea??? People could offer their clothes they've outgrown and get clothes that do fit!! Just pay postage or something like that. I know that I could use some size 24's and am about out of 26's that I will be able to offer in a few weeks.

Anyone interested in this type of thing??

Before you give them to Goodwill, please check to see if you have a local Survivor's Resource center, or battered wives shelter. I am sure that they would greatly appreciate the clothing.

(I work at a church, and you would be amazed at how many people can be helped in this way.)
How exciting to be able to get rid of clothes for this reason, and not because you had to buy bigger ones!
