I was pleasantly surprised to find that the power pass is now available to non residents for about $180
http://www.universalorlando.com/Theme-Park-Tickets/Annual-Passes/Non-FL-Annual-Passes.aspx
If I remember correctly - this was only for FL residents when I checked last year (2010).
So when did Universal add this? The black out dates are not that bad, and 2012 black out dates look even less restrictive. I seem to remember last year that the only thing non residents could buy were the other passes $250 / 400
We go down to Universal about 2x a year. 1x for HHN and another time in either Nov or early Dec, so this works out great for us. We stay for 3-4 days, so a park hopper ticket would cost us about $140-150 each trip (AAA discount)
I was able to find coupons for free party passes for city walk (I think Latin Quarters offers the coupon until 12/17/2011).
You can even add the HHN ticket at a discount with the power pass (I think it is only $40 if you go on a Sunday)
The Dis board site didn't even show this as an option under Universal -> tickets. so figured I would share / create a thread.
