Anti-Virals Tamiflu?

Anyone else having some concern about how quick anti-virals (Tamiflu) is being prescribed by doctors? I feel like there are so many medications that our bodies just don't have to fight to get us well. Unless someone I love was seriously ill/medically comprimised I would not give these to any of my family members.

Remember a few years ago doctors were saying that antibacterial soaps were causing "Super" germs? What are anti viral pills & liquids going to produce?

My DD got sicker from Tamiflu than the flu was making her 2 years ago. I'll never use it again. I only gave her one dose. It was awful!
It must work for some people though.

I got sick from Tamiflu, however if there would be another drug out on the market that would do the thing as Tamiflu but would not have the same side effects, I would take it.

NEVERENOUGHWDW: There was absolutly no reason for the completely out of line PM you sent me regarding my PP. I was simply trying to point out to you that this thread was for Disney discussion but that your post would be better placed in the Community Boards. The Mod's have to move alot of threads that are misplaced (sometimes for lack of the poster simply not knowing that there is somewhere better to post). Considering this is not your first off topic post within this area of the forum (as with your post about thongs, wife swap, allergies, etc.) I simply wanted to make you aware that in the Community forum was for everything from Disney to non Disney...all is welcomed.
