Hi All!
When we went to WDW 2 yrs ago, we used Tour Guide Mike's tour plans and they were AWESOME! Is there anything like that for DL?

ridemax.com is the closest thing you'll find. Not exactly the same, but similar.

He could rent himself out for some big bucks!

I had a FABULOUS time in 06 during the week of Thanksgiving. I studied and made notes and followed them and I'm sure that MOST of what I did came from him! :thumbsup2

LOL...is he for rent because I know I'd pay big bucks to have him be my tour guide!!!:rotfl:
I charge more than TGM though... ;)

A TGM-like resource at DLR is less viable because DLR pulls in less than half the visitor numbers as WDW. Further a large number of the DLR visitors are day trippers. Finally, DLR is just not anywhere near as complex as WDW. For these reasons the market potential for a TGM at DLR is much smaller than WDW.

Regarding my DLR articles, I am glad to see that it helps people have a better DLR experience. But understand my articles are highly focused on improving the touring experience. I really do not have much to offer in the way of dining, character meals, the Disney hotels or transportation.

TGM at WDW is all encompassing in its scope. And Mike himself has his other business as a VIP tour guide from which he gets lots of info and revenue. RideMax at DLR (and WDW for that matter) is of course highly focused on rides.

Bottom line is that IMO nothing like TGM will come around at DLR any time soon. If ever.

Since DL is pretty much MK, I would check out what TGM has to say about MK, and use that to help you manuever through DL... It's much smaller than MK, so you should be able to get through it just fine... I was born and raised in S California, so going to DL was a multi yearly event... I was exhausted the first time I went to WDW, but DL is a good day activity... You can get it all done in one trip, if the lines are cooperating, that is!!!!
