Antartica ride breakdown

Was on the ride yesturday on the wild side about to enter the second tunnel from loading mid spin the door unlatched and slammed into the left wall and made a hole in the wall and slammed backed onto the ride vehicle latching again, the vehicle stopped immediatly after contact. Not sure if loader just didnt latch door right or there was a malfunction on the ride, the ride continued about 20 seconds after contact with wall without spins and no video but the weird part was no one working there said anything or seemed aware that the door came unlatched and made a hole in the wall of the attraction the loaders still could see us and it made a significant bang on contact, there was 2 kids on the ride one was by the door that could of caused injury. The family with the kids made the workers aware but no one seemed to really care or believe that the ride vehicle door flung open mid spin and created damage to part of the attraction. Not sure if anyone has experienced anything like this before or anyone working there its normal to ignore something this significant?
