Another which SSR building to request

We have heard of Congress - DTD view; Paddocks and the Springs. The map in the book doesn't identify which one is which. We made our first ressie today*and wanted to be near the big pool. MS suggested Springs so we went with it. Was this right or can someone tell which building(s) is where? Thank you

The Springs is located directly across the street from the High Rock Springs Pool , so if that's what is important to you, MS advised you well. There are threee buildings comprising the Springs.

Congress Park is made up of four buildings and is located directly across from the DD/PI area. The walkway along the lake in this area leads to DD Marketplace and is about a 5-10 minute walk.

The Paddock area has the remaining 5 buildings in the initial two construction phases. All of these buildings are also on a lake (not the DD lake) and are a fairly short walk to the pool or to the Congress Park area.

Each area will have it's own bus stop and Congress Park and the Paddock each has it's own neighborhood pool.

All areas certainly have something to offer , but feel free to request a specific area if that meets your desires more.

We loved the Congress PArk view, and location...I think next time I would pick the same.

We loved the view from our Congress Park room, however, we (I) didn't like the walk to the main pool and food. But at the time, that was the only section finished. I would like to try the other areas though.

I just requested Downtown Disney View. If that request is honored would i be in Congress Park. (that is what i wanted)

Congress Park buildings are the only ones with DD view. If your request is granted, that's exactly where your villa will be located. Be aware though that not all villas in Congress Park have a direct view of DD- there are some with garden/canal views.
