Another vent about Drivers

Me and Kelsea were almost hit today. I was standing in the middle of the road with my stop sign up and this car that had stopped to let a kid out all of a sudden decide they were leaving. He didn't see me or Kelsea crossing the street. Luckily she hadn't gotten that far across or she would have been hit. He was aiming for me.

AND, a mini van was almost hit in the drivers door because she pulled out in front of a bus. Not only did she pull out in front of it, but she turned left in front of it. The bus was able to stop, thankfully.
She didn't notice the bus horn at all, she didn't notice the big yellow bus either. How big does something have to be for people to see it????

Please, please, watch what you are doing out there.

Laurie, I think the driver's in Indy need to drink some coffee so they can wake up!

I was almost hit this morning too. Some idiot got in the middle lane (turn lane) and saw me and about 30 cars behind me and suddenly pulled out in front of me anyway. Then she drove 5 miles an hour for 2 miles. I'm sure I was in her blind site, but there was about 2 inches of space between my truck and her car when she whipped over in my lane.

I sure won't mind not having this job next year. They are going to have to find someone else.

You have a tough job with all those maniac drivers not paying attention & what not & the crazy weather..

I will, I normally don't mind it at all. I like the kids and I haven't had many problems at all with the kids. The parents are another story.
I mean I have to be there anyway, I might as well get paid for it. But yes, the crazy drivers and the freezing weather I could do without.
