another use month question

Ok, so I am really ready to buy into DVC (that is once I convince my financee). We will be taking most of our trips in November, December. What would be the best use month for us?

October, September or August. If you cancel a November or December vacation before 30 days, you would still have until January 31 (August use year) or March 31 (October use year) to bank 100% of your total points.
