Another US reservation question

Hi,

We booked with Disney UK, so recieved a 6 digit UK reservation number. In preparation for making my ADR's I requested my US number, I was sent these and now have 2 of these an 8 digit/letter one and a 12 digit one ! Is this as clear as mud

I have tried both of these numbers to retrieve my package booking on the US site but it says with both the reservation cannot be found, I phoned to check the numbers and have been told that they will not work until I reach my 180 days to make my ADR's, I am sure I have with this number before been able to see my booking before 180 days out . Is this correct I do not want to get tob ADR D-day and my numbers do not work.

Doesn't look like the site is working, another thread about it here http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=2657100

You should be able to do your ADR's OK at 180 days out with either number you have and see your reservation on Disney.co.uk now but as for seeing it on Disney.com not sure when they will resolve the problem.
