I have searched, and I think I have put the pieces together, but can someone confirm. We are going next week over July 4th weekend, staying onsite.

-If We buy a 3Day Park to Park ticket - Standard Ticket. Can we upgrade those tickets to a Florida Resident Annual Pass? basically going from Non-Florida Resident Tickets to Fl Res AP?

The price isn't that much more for the FL res pass, but didn't want to commit from the beginning.

Thanks
George

You can upgrade as long as the days you go are not blocked for Season passes.

Edited to add: Noticed that IOA is blocked out for that time period. You can only upgrade to the FL resident pass if you upgrade while at Universal studios. They may refuse to upgrade the tickets if you used them at IOA but I can't be certain how they will handle that. I'll see if I can find that out tomorrow.

Thank you,
I apologize for not giving enough info, we are expecting to upgrade to the FL Res Preferred AP (That gets free parking).
Our concern was if they would let us upgrade from Non-Discounted 3Day tickets to a Discounted FL Resident Preferred Pass, or since the 3Day tickets are not FL Res tickets, if they would allow that.

Thanks

Absolutely, you can upgrade to the preferred AP. That won't be a problem. Just make sure you upgrade before you leave the park on the last day of the tickets. Don't wait until they have already been used up.
