Good morning all! I got home from work last night to find that DBF and his friend had torn out all the carpet in the house (except for the bedrooms). They are going to lay tile through out the whole house and then replace the carpet in the bedrooms later on. They said that there was so much dirt under the carpet. No wonder we go through vaccuums like no body's business. We live down a dirt road and the whole back yard is dirt and it gets really windy where I live. Plus having two dogs probably didn't help either. I think the tile's going to be really nice. I want to go look for a big rug for the living room now.

You know you guys do keep it really easy for me to catch up....but I am thinking that is not a good thing

Today is my day off!!! I actually get three this week because we are closed for Easter and it is a paid day off for me and DH

We are going to have a BBQ for the employees and families of the two stores on Easter - we figure no one will be working, and many of them do not have family up here to spend the day with. Now I just have to figure out what all we need.....and what to do to entertain the kids!

Pizza Hut?? Dominoes?? Boy that is just a dream for me. No large pizza chains here. Sadly, no pizza delivery either.

True...but if we can't find it in our town, the nearest substitute is three hours away

Yeah I agree. When I first moved to Scotland I was so bummed because I was going to miss our hyena parties, but they just stopped happening. So I'm partly glad because I'm not missing much But sad because where did you all go??

mmm that sounds yummy. We're probably not doing anything since we're all alone this year. But I am ordering pizza tonight because I forgot to take out the chicken last night and it's frozen solid.

I know - I can be off the computer for a couple days and only have two pages to catch up on . I know work has gotten super crazy for me - I am basically running a store in a different town - working 45 hours a week not to mention still taking care of the kiddos and DH. Oh, and I forgot to mention...

I don't mind doing laundry but the part I don't like is putting it away. It will stay in the dryer forever.

Yep - I can so relate to that. Very rarely any more does our laundry make it out of the laundry room , well I guess to be worn, but our clothes probably don't even know that we own a closet and a dresser
