It's quittin' time. Talk to ya tomorrow!
I predict that you will have a daughter in law that you will not be very crazy about. Also, you will be joining me for a WDW trip sometime in the future. Your DH will continue on in his teaching career for sometime. In the next few years (5 or so) you will be buying your own home. I'm not sensing a lot of world travel, but some travel.
I'm also sensing that your cat will bit into the fluid lines, you will be clipping coupons and I see a pair of lime green crocs.![]()
ahhhh, but so dang comfy! I have winter crocs that are great for our snowy weather. But I really need some dress shoes!! Hard to dance in crocsSo I joined a group on Facebook called "I don't care how comfortable Crocs are, you look like a dumb____".![]()
Sorry ladies, but those shoes are just too ugly for me.![]()
I prefer to wear socks with mine. We have high humidity in summer, sweaty slippery feet in crocs does not feel good.. I got sunburned (in pretty mouse head shapes) and rubbed raw on the ankles.I may wear socks with the regular Crocs.![]()
UPDATE!! UPDATE!!!
I have a DATE!! not with a fella, you silly girls! For BABIES!!! Tuesday March 3rd!!!!
Baby A is totally settling into birthing position, and baby B is curled up in a ball on top of him.![]()
Babies!! BABIES!! I am finally getting these things OUT of me.![]()
I know.. I can remember both my kids births like they happened yesterday.. and now they are 7, and almost 4. Makes me sad. It REALLY makes me sad that this will be my last time having babies. Oh well..
Sooo.. Since you all Know our good news now.. here is our bad news. Well.. not BAD, just not good. Frelan had a big meeting at work this morning.. Pretty much what we were expecting. BUT.. We are thankful that he works for a company that is doing what it can NOT to lay people off. So he still has a job. Which is what really matters.
We had the same kind of meeting a few weeks ago too. No pay increase, no overtime but they aren't going to be laying anyone off.
Of course I'm also predicting that the unemployment rate will raise slightly and that Barrack Obama will get laid off.![]()
![]()
But don't worry about him...he will get that extra $100 a month in unemployment benefits. So he will manage just fine. Not to mention we can subtract his lost wages from the federal deficit, so instead of cutting it in half we can cut it by 2/3 over the next 10 years.![]()

What's up B?

you know, all of the economic stimulus discussions and the budget plan speeches make my head spin.. just let me know how it affects ME personally.
At this point, it really has no effect-- give more money to schools, have a national health plan in place, change Medicare in a way that will screw us over.. then I will listen. Blue sky is still blue sky until it's on paper and signed on the dotted line.
or should I say..
Nothing much.. what's up A?![]()
But it has affected you already. Due to the economy my DH lost his job and now has a job with wacko hours. So this week I am staying up until 10pm so I can wake him up for work. As a result you have someone to talk to on the DIS. If the economy does better he will continue working and I will continue chatting.![]()
DS had a bit of a cough and sore throat last night. So he stayed home from school today. Seems to be feeling better today and fever is gone. So hopefully he will be back at school tomorrow. Poor little guy, every time he gets a cold it seems to settle in his chest and throat area.
ohhh bummer.
My house has manged to avoid the sicklies, N did have ear problems with no fever. But other than that.. it's been a good year.
Sis on the other hand, has one or more kids home every week being sickly this winter. For awhile there she considered taking lil guy out of special ed preschool because he got sick over and over and then wouldn't eat!![]()
He was supposed to go to sleep at 2pm today and then I would wake him up at 10pm. But apparently between the 2 kids, 2 dogs, 3 cats and 5 telephone calls he only got about 1 hour of sleep. So he went to sleep after dinner. I guess 4 hours of sleep is better than nothing.
