Didn't the hospital give him a pager? That's what they did for my brother years ago. (Ours were planned c-sections, no pager required.)Nothing here. Everyone is sleeping at my house. I think my husband has finally passed out after not sleeping for the past few days. He is supposed to go out with his friend tomorrow.. But he is a little leary of leaving me here.I told him I would be fine!!
Me too!! I cant even tell you how excited I am! I so want to meet them, and see who has been making me SO uncomfortable for so long! Also... I cant wait to not be pregnant anymore. It sure will be nice to be able to give my kids real hugs.. and hold them in my lap again. And it will be nice to be able to wipe my butt without dislocating a hip.

I remember how popular pagers were in high school. I finally ended up getting one, only to realize I didn't need it and kept it for less than a year. I don't know why I even got it.
I remember when I first got it I went on a cruise to Mexico. No one could page me while I was that far out to sea. I never wanted one. Before DH had a cell phone, he carried one or sometimes two pagers. Briefly he had three, it was insane! He always had one from the current employer, then one from the previous employer, who still wanted to be able to reach him when they needed IT help; and I think the 3rd was a personal one.
Now he carries two Blackberries.
