We used Cartier last year, and it was just ok, with a couple of minor problems. One of them could have been a major problem, but we solved it, no thanks to the driver!
The limo we were picked up in was very nice inside, and all our special requests had been met. The rear passenger side door was scratched and dented, which I thought was tacky.
The driver had the personality of a garden hose. He never said anything to us during our journey, and only asked the necessary questions about luggage, etc. as we were picked up. No friendly small-talk.
When we arrived at the Radisson hotel, one of our bags was missing! Our driver immediately responded by saying that he picked up all the bags we had on the curb, and we must have left it in our room or on the baggage cart. My DW said no way, she saw it on the curb!! He insisted that he got them all, and there was nothing else in the car anywhere. I had to ask him twice before he would open the trunk again, and sure enough, there it was jammed into a corner where you couldn't see it. So the crisis was averted, but I was not pleased with his handling of the situation.
Aside from that, the rides were pleasant, comfortable, and all the requests for drink and food were met perfectly.
This year, we are booked with 'yourride' instead. I hope they are more impressive!!
