Another tix to AP question

If we have 5 day PHs but end up only going to the parks for 4 days, is it a problem to upgrade to APs on the 4th day? We won’t know until we get there if we will have 5 days to go (may meet up with friends somewhere else) and we plan on buying tix ahead of time. All days are blockouts and hoping to get a pass on the last day to use in the parks. I doubt they’d care if we lost a day of our PH when we upgrade, but just want to check with the experts here first, thanks

Might not be there on 5th day, so 4th would be our last day. Plus we could use new AP for that day and take advantage of discounts, I think?

You could, but if you end up wanting to go on the 5th day and that's a block-out day, you can't get in if you upgraded on the 4th day.

Yep, I know. We would only upgrade on day 4 if we knew for sure we weren’t coming back on day 5. Just wanted to make sure it would work to do that

OK, then to answer your original question, yes, you can upgrade on day 4. You can upgrade on any day as long as the pass is still valid.

Yes, they give you a block-out day ticket. If you're getting a deluxe AP or something less, it's a 10% discount for merchandise and food.
