Another tip question...

Sorry for all the questions but we leave in 4 days!!

Did anybody tip the violinist? What about the waiter/waitress with the champagne and cake? Limo driver?

So far we have...officiant, coordinator, hair, make-up...what am I missing??

We tipped the limo driver 20%. We did not have a violinist.
