Another SWDAS question...

Please forgive me if this has already been addressed...are guests dressing up for this? My husband and I have some amazing Storm Trooper costumes that I was thinking of bringing (if mine still fits ).
But, I don't want us to look ridiculous if no one else has costumes...

From what I've seen people are definitely dressing up. When we go, my son will be Obi-wan and I have a Vader dress.

Just be aware that you can't wear any masks while walking around in costume.

This is from the email I got from DCL when they announced that our cruise next year will be a SWDAS cruise.

Please remember that while all Guests are invited to wear costumes for both Pirate Night and this special Star Wars Day at Sea celebration, masks that completely cover a person’s face may only be worn when standing still at character photo locations and must be carried when moving around the ship. We also ask that you choose costumes that are not obstructive or offensive. To avoid any disappointment or delay in the boarding process, please refrain from bringing toys or props that resemble guns, knives or other related implements, as these items will not be allowed onboard.

There were so many costumes on our cruise so yes, you should bring them!!!!!!!!

Agreed! So many people dressed up - it was so much fun. Some costumes were so good, it was hard to tell who was 'official' and who wasn't. Go for it!
