Another SW Online Check In Question

I won't have access to a computer at my 24 hour prior to flight time. If I have someone else check in for me online at the 24 hr mark, and then later have access to a computer/printer, will the SW website let me pull up the boarding pass and print it? Or is there a way the person checking me in can save/email me the boarding pass so I can print it?

I know I can print it at the airport, too, but with an 18 month old and all those bags/stroller etc, I'd prefer to avoid as many steps as possible.

Thanks

I was allowed to preboard both down to MCO and back to NH with my 4 year old. Wouldn't preboarding be easier for you?

We definitely plan on pre-boarding, but if for some reason that doesn't happen (i.e. too many pre-boarders on the flight or we miss the pre-board for some reason), I'd like to have a back up plan.

Can you tell I tend to overplan every detail of our trip!?? ::yes::

On the same topic, has anyone ever been on a SW flight to MCO when they skip the pre-board b/c most people are pre-boarders? I've heard it happens, but I imagine most flights to MCO have a lot of kids on board.

If you will have bags to check then you will still have to go to the counter, unless you use skycap. There are kiosks right at the counter where you can get your boarding passes and check in your luggage all in one step.

You should have no trouble pre-boarding on SWA. I fly SWA to MCO 2-3 times a year and I have never seen them not allow pre-boarding even when the pre-board line is longer than any of the other lines. Keep in mind that the child must be four years of age or younger and only the immediate family (Mom, Dad, and siblings) will be allowed to pre-board. Grandparents and other family members are usually not allowed to accompany you, unless you come across a very nice gate agent.
You can have your friend check you in on their home computer and then you can print out your boarding passes either at the airport or at your hotel. Disney hotels will check you in and print out your boarding passes for you. SWA does not accept faxed copies of boarding passes so your friend will not be able to fax them to you.
