I dunno... It could go either way. For those tuning in late, the article is about Buena Vista Entertainment pulling the rights to show video clips on the web for one of its major distributors. The whole issue is what constitutes reasonable use of these clips, since Video Pipeline already has the right to use these clips (via a contract signed in 1996).
