Another silly DL question..

So since I'm only going to be in the Land for about 2.5 days, I'm only bringing a carryon bag rather than checking any luggage.
Now here's the big silly question: If I want to purchase any souveniers (because I probably will) is there anywhere in DL where I can have the packages shipped to my house? Like at guest services or anything? I'm not staying on property, so it would probably have to be someplace in the parks or relatively close by.

Don't know about mailing packages, but I have another idea. Pack an extra empty suitcase/bag in your carry-on - we've done this with nesting suitcases. On your return home, check one bag (it will only be full of dirty clothes anyway) and use your second bag to carry on your goodies.

I know in WDW they used to ship packages only to resort hotels. So they probably don't do it at DL either but it never hurts to ask.

I would look into the hotel you are staying at, possibly they could ship your package out

AT WDW (and WOD) you can fill out a form at the register and they'll mail it all to your house. You pay shipping of course, but the tax comes off because it's out of state. We usually buy most of our stuff at WOD because we get the Visa discount.

I am pretty sure that you can ship - but would have to ship each item separately, and you would do this at the store.

Has anyone ever done this? Its something I could be interested in if I buy anything big , as after 3 weeks of US touring I expect my suitcase to be pretty full, but Disney tends to bump up UK postage quite dramatically as far as I remember, so I was wondering whether the postage costs for this service tend to reflect the real price of postage, or are an arbitrary disney posting charge?
