Another Sharing Question

We will have the basic DDP. At TS restaurants can we use the dining plan for one of us and pay OOP for the other even if we have dining credits left? For example, we have ressies at Spoodles where my husband would like a fish entree and I'd only want an appy. Can he use a TS credit for his and pay OOP for the appy? I wouldn't want to waist my TS credit. Thanks.
