Another ROFR ?

Three weeks ago today I received a letter from DVC that they were exercising ROFR. I still have not received the sale papers to sign. Is this normal, too long, or what?

I guess I can answer my own question for the benefit of anyone else waiting in my position.

My papers came today (Day 22 from notification of ROFR being exercised).

Was the original poster a seller or a buyer? I assumed a seller since they were waiting for papers after ROFR.

Guess I'm a morning person and should not do this at night..

Debbie is right. I am the seller whose contract was gobbled up by DVC.
