Another restroom question! This is probably a really weird one....

I believe few sinks at Disneyland have mirrors directly in front of them, so that might be a little weird when you brush. Or maybe not! If you need a mirror to check for food, I'd definitely bring one with you.

I'm actually good without mirrors, but that's good to know! When I first started treatment I would check like crazy to make sure I got all of the food, but I hardly ever do now. (I kind of broke the habit after a few straight months of checking but never seeing anything.) In the beginning eating chocolate was becoming almost impossible because it's so hard to get it all out of your teeth quickly. I had an Oreo cookie once and I swear I was brushing and checking my teeth and repeating the process for an hour until there were no black specks. LOL But I've learned to chew a piece of gum right after meals because it seems to grab anything left in your molars.
