Another Reason to Love Southwest Airlines!

We leave this coming Sunday for a trip that has been postponed twice!

I had booked us with one-way tickets both ways as I was trying to use a free voucher that expires during the middle of our trip.

Long story short, I was confirming all of my reservations last night and panicked! I discovered that I had inadvertently booked my DW and youngest DS's flight to Orlando backwards (i.e. leaving from Orlando and arriving in Denver!)

I checked on-line and to change our tickets last minute was going to cost me just over $500!

I immediately called Southwest and the agent was very understanding and helpful. She worked with me and was able to transfer the two tickets to the appropriate flight leaving from Denver and arriving in Orlando on Sunday morning!

I couldn't thank her enough!! I was so thankful that there were still seats available and even more thankful that Southwest did this for me at no charge. I've been a loyal Southwest flyer for 11 years. With no baggage fees, no change fees and awesome customer service, I now know why! Give me unassigned seating anyday of the week!!!

I agree, SouthWest has THE best customer service . They are definitely my airline of choice. I am helping plan my oldest sister's 60th birthday celebration with all my sisters in Las Vegas and SWA is the only airline to fly non-stop from Indy. They would have been my first choice anyway, but non-stop sealed the deal .

I had an awesome experience with customer service at airtran. I have changed my ressies many times with them and they have had no problem! I was just honest on the phone and said I couldn't make up my mind on when I wanted to leave and come home and they waived all fees.
